Picture post: things I’ve made on courses

Pastries picture postWhen browsing through my phone the other day, I found a load of pictures of things I’ve made when I’ve been on baking courses.

This led me to reminisce about going to other places, which we obviously can’t do at the moment. So I thought I would put some of my favourite pictures into a blog post.

Where I can remember what they are, I’ve added that. But there’s quite a few that I have no idea as these courses were at least three years ago.

Anyway, I hope you like these pictures. Next year I’m going to make an effort to do more things like this. I feel a bit cooped up at the moment, I don’t know about you! But it is what it is and it’s not changing at the moment.

Croissants, pain au chocolat and another pastry with berries on top (I don’t remember exactly what it was)

Pain au raisin and another pastry which had some sort of almond paste in the middle of it and was shaped a bit like a butterfly

Here is a bonus picture of a really nice pizza I ate in France once. It was goats cheese and honey and it was the best thing ever. I have been meaning to recreate it at home but this was taken in 2017 and I still haven’t done it so I don’t think it’s going to happen.

What a fun trip down memory lane!
