Here we are once again with the delectable Cadbury’s ‘Simply Chocolate’ cookbook. You may recall I’m continuing to test this book because the recipes are so easy and I wondered if it’s me picking easy ones, or if they really are easy.
Just to flag – I haven’t got a huge amount to say about this recipe. Just like all the others I’ve tested before, it was a very easy recipe and these looked and tasted great. So this will mainly be pictures, but I don’t think that’s a bad thing!
This recipe is summer fruit pavlovas. The meringue has crumbled up Cadbury’s Flake mixed into it! And the meringues truly were delicious – soft and chewy. I think I will keep this recipe for meringues in the future.

Then to top it is a mixture of raspberries, blueberries and whipped cream. These are supposed to have strawberries in, but I couldn’t find any in the shops, so I used what I could get my hands on.

There’s also a recipe for the chocolate sauce that goes over the top – again, it was super simple.
I think these were amazing. Not only did they look amazing, but they tasted glorious. That’s right, I said it. Glorious. Low effort, high reward, and I will make them again. That’s three out of three recipes with a big tick!
