As we know, I’m a year behind on my ‘cooking from my calendar’ series. Nevertheless I’m carrying on and so here is July’s recipe, which I actually made some time in September 2018 for a party that my parents were going to.
The recipe is strawberry, ricotta, lemon and cream tart.
