Well who even knew potato scones were a thing? Mary Berry did, that’s who.
Essentially what’s happened here is I found a bag of potatoes I’d forgotten about. I found them when I’d got back from collecting my shopping which contained… a bag of potatoes.
At work we decided to have an afternoon tea one lunchtime to celebrate an impending wedding, an upcoming birthday and for a bit of team bonding.
I volunteered to make all the cakes which seemed like an excellent idea at the time. After the fourth trip to Tesco in a row, I changed my mind a bit.
